Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the total shipping cost during the checkout process.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary, and additional customs fees or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
